If you are planning to attend, passports will be required to travel across the border by land in 2008. I am not sure when, but make sure you check the State Departments website for any travel advisories and passport updates. It only took me a month to get my passport, but I cannot speak for all application processing centers.

I recommend that you make your travel arrangements destined for San Diego International Airport.  Provide us your flight information and we will pick you up.  Unless you plan on renting a car for the trip.  Either way, we can provide you directions or pick-up times.  I use www.jetblue.com because they provide the most inexpensive flights.
